Final Report

This is my  final report on this blog for P.E 9. I think I deserve a B for this course,I think last semester I worked harder then this last one, I have been more absent and sick this one so I haven't participated during some classes.Even though I didn't try my best every class I still brought a change of clothes,  helped the teachers and the other students out, and I always brought a positive attitude with a smile on my face. I have learned a lot on how to keep your body healthy with eating right and good exercises.  This summer I will be sure to keep up with my health. I have had a lot of fun in this class and all of the other P.E classes, I have met a lot new friends/people. I will miss this class a lot even though I got introuble a lot for talking. This year has been very exciting but I'm glad its come to an end with summer!

Midterm #3

I know this is a late post for my third midterm but I am still going to do it anyways.
    So far this semester I have worked hard on maintaining my fitness level but I think last semester  I was better at pushing myself to go beyond my limits and to my exertion level. To be completely honest I haven't been trying my best for the past few days on fitness days or just regular choice days, in a way I have been kind of lazy.I haven't been doing my best in PE because I have been heavily involved with dance outside of school 5 hours a week and I find myself more focused on that then PE class. For the rest of this semester until the end, my goal is to try my best each fitness day and to push myself,red face and all. Even though I haven't been trying my best I still bring a positive attitude,pe strip,help out with the other students/teachers and meet new people outside of my friend group. The appropriate grade for me would probably be a B.

My Interim Report for P.E.

I think I deserve an S for satisfactory because I have been absent for some days so I have missed some fitness days. I also give myself an S because I tend to talk a lot in class while the other teachers or students are talking, and that isn't a good role model and  it's disrespectful.  On the other days that I have been here for fitness and just fun activities that we do in class  I have contributed a positive attitude and I encourage other students around me to try their best. When we are done the activity we are doing I try my best to help clean up. One of my weaknesses in physical education would have to be fitness days when I try to push myself but there is always that voice in the back of my head making up excuses to tell me to stop and not go on anymore.  For now on until the end of this final semester my goal is to not talk as much,not to have so many absents, and try to push myself further even though, that voice in the back of my head is telling me to stop.

Midterm

During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate in a variety of activities?  On what days have you participated to your best effort and why?  What days have been a struggle for you and why?
   In Physical Education this year, I have come prepared with the proper gym strip and the proper shoes, I have kept a positive attitude for the most part of the activites that we do, if I don't like the activity that we are doing I will keep a smile on my face for the other people so I don't bring there attitude down. On fitness days I have paticipated and shown my best effort because I am trying to boost my fitness level and also I enjoy mixing the other pe classes together.       How do you contribute to the overall success of the class?  What kind of attitude do you bring and why?  How do you interact with other students in our class?
    I contribute to the overall of the class, for example, if we are doing volleyball,badminton or tennis  that day I will help set up and take down the nets. If any of the students or teacher needs help I will be there to help out in any way I can. I always try to bring a positive,upbeat,funny, attitude so if the other people around me are sad that day I try to bring there attitude up by giving them highfives or trying to get them involved to make sure they are having fun.    Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself physically?  What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most?  What fitness goals do you have for the rest of the year? 
     During fitness days I always try to participate to the best of my ability. When I am in a lot of pain from the fitness activity I try to push myself to the end so I can feel good about myself afterwards. I know I pushed myself to the best of my ability because the next day i will be really sore.   What does "leadership" mean to you?  Who are the best leaders in our class -why?
     Leadership in my eyes mean someone who is positive to others,gets other people involved so they don't feel left out,someone who is always there to help out with the people around them and even if there having a bad day and the don't feel like doing pe making sure the people around them are having fun and enjoying what there doing and encouraging them. Those people would have to be Aisha Gamez,Melissa Dailly and i talso think myself.    What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year?  What are you the most proud of so far?
    I really want to improve on my fitness by the end of grade 9, I would like to be at least an  9 on the beep test or even higher if thats possible. All in all I want to be able to run for a long period of time. Sofare I am proud of me eating healthier and going to the gym outside of school, and I hope to keep it up.
